Holistic, in-home reflexology designed for the unique needs of seniors — focused on comfort, relaxation, restful sleep, and overall quality of life.
Liz's journey into reflexology was deeply inspired by watching her grandmother struggle with chronic and debilitating foot pain throughout her senior years. That experience gave her a profound understanding of how much physical discomfort can affect quality of life in older age — and how much gentle, attentive care can mean.
Today, working with seniors is one of Liz's greatest joys. She brings patience, warmth, and a specialized understanding to every session with an older adult client.
Gentle support for the aches, stiffness, and discomfort that often accompany aging — including arthritis and foot pain.
Stimulates blood flow throughout the body, supporting cardiovascular health and healing.
Many seniors report improved sleep quality following regular reflexology sessions.
The calming, personal nature of reflexology supports mood, reduces anxiety, and provides meaningful human connection.
Stimulating foot nerve endings supports proprioception and may help reduce fall risk over time.
A whole-person approach that addresses physical comfort, emotional well-being, and quality of life.
Liz comes to you — at home, in a care facility, or wherever you're most comfortable.
Calming sessions that help older adults unwind, sleep better, and feel more at peace.
Gentle pressure, adapted pace, and full attention — every session is designed around your comfort.
Liz adapts every aspect of the session to the needs of older adult clients. Pressure is gentler. Pacing is slower. The health intake takes extra care to understand any current medications, conditions, or sensitivities.
A reclining chair is brought to your home — no lying flat on a table required. Your feet will be gently cleaned before the session, and a warm, peaceful environment is created wherever you are.
First sessions are 90 minutes to allow time to connect and complete a health intake. Follow-up sessions are 45–60 minutes.
