Your feet carry you through everything

Foot pain is one of the most common complaints that affects quality of life — and one of the most overlooked. Whether caused by osteoarthritis, years of wear, plantar fasciitis, or general fatigue, foot pain can limit your mobility and rob you of the activities you love.

Reflexology offers a gentle, restorative approach to supporting foot health — without surgery, injections, or medication.

Restoring comfort from the ground up

1

Relieves tension in foot structures

Targeted pressure on reflex points helps release held tension in the fascia, muscles, and connective tissues of the foot.

2

Improves blood flow

Stimulating circulation brings oxygen and nutrients to tired, painful tissues and supports the body's natural repair processes.

3

Supports whole-body well-being

Reflex points in the feet correspond to joints, organs, and systems throughout the body — so foot reflexology benefits extend well beyond the feet.

4

Reduces overall stress

Chronic pain creates stress. Deep relaxation from reflexology helps break the pain-stress cycle.

Your first session with Liz lasts approximately 90 minutes. She'll begin with a health intake to understand your specific foot concerns, medical history, and wellness goals. Then she'll customize the treatment to your needs.

A comfortable reclining chair is provided. Your feet will be gently cleansed before the session begins. Many clients with foot pain find the experience deeply relieving — some even fall asleep.

Follow-up sessions are 45–60 minutes and build on the benefits of previous treatments over time.
